Standard appeal requests will only be reviewed after payment for the violation has been received.
Through our standard appeal process we review your appeal request, the violation summary report and all applicable photos in determining whether a violation has occurred. If we find that no parking violation has occurred we will refund you via whichever payment method you originally used.
All Appeal decisions are final and we will only review one appeal request per violation. If multiple requests are received, only the first request will be reviewed.
Express appeals process is available only to those who upload a receipt showing that they did in fact pay for parking.
Express Appeal Requests are typically processed within one hour and do not require payment upfront, however 100% will be denied if a time-stamped receipt or confirmation email isn’t attached to the appeal form. If you are successful in your appeal one of our agents will reach out to you to coordinate removal of the immobilization device from your vehicle.
